Straight answers
Does it cost anything?
No. Signing up and sending quotes are free. There are no fees and no subscription.
Who is the customer?
These are public-sector service contracts. We are the prime contractor and handle the bid, the forms and the customer. You work as our subcontractor.
Do I need insurance now?
Not to quote. Most jobs need insurance only when work starts. Each card lists what you need under "You need."
What happens after I quote?
We compare quotes, pick one, and submit the bid. If we win, we sign a simple agreement with you before work starts. Pay terms are on every job card: recurring work is paid monthly, Net 30 after each monthly invoice; one-time jobs are paid Net 30 after completion.
Some jobs say "License required." What does that mean?
That job needs a license or certification, like a pesticide applicator license, NFPA 96 hood cleaning certification or a hauler permit. Your company must hold it, and you send a copy with your quote. Add your licenses when you sign up so we can match you to these jobs first.
I need more details before I quote. Who do I ask?
Tap "Ask a question" on any job, or email info@argovprime.com with the job number. We send the full scope, site details and any drawings or schedules, usually the same business day.
Can I quote a job outside my area?
Yes, if you can cover it. Tell us in the notes how you would staff it or who you would partner with.
